- What is a 'Bed and Breakfast'?
In Italy, a Bed and Breakfast is a private house, where the owners use some rooms of the house to accomodate guests.
In Lombardy, where our Bed and Breakfast is located, the law allows owners to use a maximun of 3 rooms and to give hospitality to a maximun of 6 people per nigth.
- Breakfast is included in prices above?
Sure! In the bedroom you will find the menu: orage juice,toast, jam, bread, homemade biscuits and cakes.
We will ask you to fill the menu coupon in the evening, chosing what you wish for breakfast, so that in the morning we can wake you up with a delicious and genuine breakfast, served in your room.
- Towels are included?
Sure! In your bedroom you will find towels; obviously they are included in the prices above.
- Can I use the hydromassage bathtub?
Using the hydromassage bathtub will aplly a surcharge of 10 Euros, which includes also the special bathfoam for the hydromassage bathtub.
- What do you mean by 'shared bathroom'?
It means that the bathroom is not inside the bedroom; as in every private house, you have to cross a corridor, or a common area to reach the bathroom.
- What about Check-in and Check-out?
Check-in: from 3:00pm
Check-out: by 10:30am

- If I decide to book, which kind of deposit do you accept?
If you decide to book, you will have to give us you Name/Surname/Phone Number. We will ask you a deposit, which you can pay by bank transfer or by credit card.
- When do you require the finl payment?
We require final payment, in cash, at check-in time.
- Has the Bed & Breakfast some rules to follow?
Of course! The Bed & Breakfast is a private house, non an hotel, then there are some rules to follow, to enjoy a comfortable stay with us. Click here to read our rules.
- Are animals allowed?
We are sorry, but we do not allow animals in our Bed and Breakfast.
- Is B&B MarcoLaura reachable with public transport?
There is a bus from Bergamo/Casazza . Or, if you prefer, call us, and we will came to meet you.
- I arrive to Orio al Serio Airport. Can you organize a transfer for me?
Sure. Just specify this requirement when you book, and we will come to meet you at the airport.
- Where can I park?
Just in front of our B&B there is a small car park, and in the neighbourhood there are big car parks.
- And what about my motorbike? Do I have to park it outside?
Do not worry. If you have a motorbike or a bicicle, you can park it in our garage.
- Can I use the terrace?
If Bedroom "Stella" is booked, then the terrace is reserved for these customers; otherwise everyone can use the terrace.
- Have you got information and brochures about what to see and to so in the area?
Sure! A good collaboration with the Turistic Office allows us to have a wide selection of brochures and information, always updated, on what to do, to see, and events in Valcavallina.
