The following rules have been designed to facilitate living in Bed & Breakfast MarcoLaura, so that you and your fellow residents can enjoy a comfortable stay with us.
This list may seem long, but there is a reason for each of the following rules. Because of the wrong and unpolite behaviour of some guests, we had to introduce some general rules, which, for a normal person, should be a normal behavior also in their own home.
Please ensure you abide by them and always bear in mind to behave the way you would expect your housemates to behave, too.
TIMES:

Check-in time is between 3:00 pm and 11:00pm

Breakfast is served from 8:00am to 9:30am

On your departure day please leave the room and give the key back before 10:30am

If you plan to check-out before 8:00am, please advise the owners

The main gate and door of the Bed & Breakfast close at 00:30am. Do not ring the bell after 11:00pm; there are other guests which could be sleeping!

Quite hours are from 11:00pm to 7:00am. Please keep all noise levels to a minimum during this time.

Rooms are cleaned between 11:00am and 1:00pm
ROOMS AND KEYS:

We give you a key for your private room. The key of the room must be given back to the owners during check-out. If you lose your key, we will ask you to bear the cost of 10 euro to replace the lock and issue you with a new key

Please make sure that the door of your room is always locked. It is your responsibility to secure your valuables. We will not be held responsible at all for any damaged, lost or stolen items

Please close windows and skylights whenever you leave the rooms. It could rain...

We may ask you to bear the cost of repair or replacement if any equipment has been broken, lost or messed up by you
IT IS FORBIDDEN TO:

It is forbidden to cook or have lucnh/dinner in the rooms

It is forbidden to wash, dry and iron clothes in the rooms

It is forbidden to remove pillows or towels from the rooms

No pets allowed inside the rooms

No Smoking is allowed inside the rooms. Smoking is permitted only on the terrace and the balcony. Please dispose of ashes and cigarette butts

No candles, incense burners or fires of any kind are allowed within the rooms

It is forbidden to use alcohol, drugs or any kind of narcotics. Every use will be notified to the State Police

It is forbidden to use our kitchen (by Italian regulation of B&B), including fridge, oven, microwave, etc...

You need to respect the other residents of the Bed & Breakfast. We do not tolerate any verbal or physical abuse, such that any offence will be taken very seriously and will result in a warning, and may result in expulsion from our Bed & Breakfast
OTHERS:

Please turn off all electrical appliances and lights when not in use and whenever you leave the rooms

Please report any inoperative equipment, damages, dangers or faults immediately. The registered guest is directly responsible for all negligent, accidental, intentional, or unintentional damage to the interior or exterior of the room, caused by the guest, their family, or their guests, and will be charged for all repairs, replacement, and other related expenses and costs
DEPOSIT, FINAL PAYMENT, CANCELLATION:

When you book a room, we ask a deposit. With the deposit payment we agree to reserve you a room, and you agree to follow the Bed & Breakfast rules

The final payment is required at check-in time, in cash

If case of cancellation, the deposit is not refunded, regardless of the notice time. The only exception is natural catastrophe
EXCEPTIONS:
Exceptions to some of these rules can be made, only if agreed at booking time, and not at check-in time.
